    Mrs. Hugh Booth
    Margaret V. Booth, of Trapping Brook Road, lifelong resident of this area, died Tuesday night in Jones Memorial Hospital following a long illness. She was 83.
    Born Oct. 28, 1882, in Coudersport, Pa., she was a daughter of Charles and Emily Wilcox Stonham. She was married to Hugh Booth, who preceded her in death.
    Surviving are a son, Robert Booth of Wellsville; a step-son, Donald Stonmetz of Yakima, Wash.; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
    Friends are being received from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Mulholland-Crowell Funeral Home, where funeral and committal services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday.
    Interment will be in Stannards Cemetery
