  6.   Margaret was much loved and referred to as 'Aunty Maggie Donald'. She spoke very highly of her stepmother, Helen Dow. HELEN (FAIRFULL) BARKER (married twice) brought all the children up and she was on that Census in 1881 also with Margaret's sister Jessis Ann MCDONALD and two of Helen's children to William, Robert and Helen.
