[note: This entry in the parish record seems to have been a later addition. It looks to have been inserted between 2 already existing entries. There are no birth records for any Coppins in Kempston nor any marriage records for any other Coppins there. There are several familes of Coppins in Caddington, Bedfordshire, and Market Cell, then spelled Markyate Cell, near Caddington. But I could find no Margaret born there. Several genealogists have picked up on a Margaret Coppin who was born in 1574 in Deal, Kent. However, this Margaret Coppin married a Thomas Orgame, 25 September, 1600 in Deal. There is no record in Kempston or Deal of the death of a Thomas Orgame from 1600 to 1612. There is also no death listed in Kempston for a Margaret Allen.]
