5. In the 1900 Census, a Trinidad Padilla, the head of a separate household, #195, born in June of 1827, lives in the same house as Isadora Padilla. This is probably Trinidad Garcia., now about 73 years old, living with her daughter-in-law, the widow of Ramón Padilla. Living in Trinidad's husehold is José Smith, a grandson, born February 1895. José's father was born in Ohio.

6. In 2006, the GNMPD gives her birthplace as San Francisco el Duende, New Mexico.
