    Will of "Maltiah Eaton of Phillipston", dated 30 Mar 1829, proved 18 Oct 1831, names son Every Eaton; daughter Huldah Eaton; grandsons Maltier Crossman, three granddaughters children of Daniel and Mary Crossman; Deac. Nahum Ward to be trustee of the legacy for daughter Huldah. Son Every Eaton to be executor.
    12 Oct 1831: Avery Eaton named Executor of Maltiah Eaton late of Phillipston deceased declines that trust and he with his sister Huldah the only legal heirs of age, other legatees all minors, assent to its proving, requrest Doct'r James Stone of Phillipston be appointed admr. Signed by Avery Eaton and Huldah Eaton. Bond of James Stone given 18 Oct 1831.
