It is probable that Lillian is the wife of son Lowden (probably Lyndon), and the three young children belong to Lyndon and Lillian.

In the 1920 US Census, the remnant of this family resided in Stockholm township, St. Lawrence County, New York. The family included head Ira Dutton (male, white, age 79, married, born NY, parents born VT, no occupation, owns home free of mortgage), wife Lanne Dutton (female, white, age 75, married, born NY, parents born VT) and daughter Lillian Seaver (female, white, age 49, widowed, born NY, parents born NY) [National Archives Microfilm Series T625, Roll 1260, page 248, ED 185, Sheet 12B, Line 100].
