Lydia Dugger was born ca 1811/1812 in Carter Co, TN. This date conflicts with her sister Freelove's birth date of 17 Jun 1812, unless they were twins.
I don't know of any direct proof that Lydia is a daughter of Julius A. Dugger, but she lived near him, and he seems the best option for her father.
On 24 Mar 1832 John Blevins obtained a marriage bond in Carter Co, TN to marry Lydia Dugger.
