Garfield's occupation is labour on the steam railway.page 11 A (written); ED is 30-15. Garfield is age 30, (1900), and was married at age 19; born in Alabama. Beaulah is age 27; was married at age 15, (1903), born in Mississippi. Dewey, son, age 11, (1919), born in Alabama Luedell, dau., is age 8 (1922), born in Alabama. Rachel, dau, is age 6 (1924), born Alabama.
Beulah's father born in Miss., her mother born in Ala. Children all born in Alabama. Family is not living on a farm and doesn't own a radio set. Both Beulah and Garfield could read and write. Dewey could read and write and did attend school during the previous year. Ludell and Rachel did not attend school the previous year.
