    Will of "Lucy Little of Kingston ... Spinster", dated 23 Sep 1756, proved 5 Oct 1756, bequeaths her entire estate to "my only & beloved Sister Bethiah Tyler the wife of Thomas Tyler of Boston"

    29 Mar 1757: Witness Benjamin Stormbridge "observed that she was often Delirious both before and after the executing the above Instrument [but] ... her Discourse seemed to me to be rationall and her answers pertinent ... William & John Sever were present ..."

    29 Mar 1757: "A Hearing Having been this day had upon the Objections of Mess'rs William Sever and John Sever against the Probate of an Instrument exhibited into the probate office as the Will of Miss Lucy Little late of Kingston Dec'ed by mr Thomas Tyler in behalf of his wife the Exe'x therein named ... at the time of executing said Instrument was of sound mind, and therefore approve said Instrument as her last Will and Testament." Letters granted to "Thomas Tyler of Boston in the County of Suffolk, Gentleman, and Bethiah his wife".
