Lewis D. Witter, who was born May 5, 1850, and in 1880, married Bettie, daughter of Wellington and Olive (Phillips) Hayes. They have four children, Victor, Jessie, Willie and Lawrie. Mr. Witter was supervisor of his town in 1885, '86, '89, '90.
