Will of "Levi Cheney of Orange", dated 15 Sep 1833, proved 28 Apr 1847, names wife Sarah Cheney; youngest daughter Ursula Cheney; youngest son Preston Cheney; sons Levi, Peter, Stephen and Alexander; daughters Esther Mayo, Mary Mayo, and Louis Wheelock. Son Peter to be executor. 20 Apr 1847: Assent of heirs to proving of will.
