The following death notice and obituary was contributed by Carl Eniz January, 2011: It can be found at http://www.accessgenealogy.com/scripts/data/database.cgi?file=Data&report=SingleArticle&ArticleID=0044470 which indicates it was extracted from Platte County, Wyoming Obituaries. The death notice is in error when it says Grant died at the home of his son. This is corrected in the funeral notice saying he died at his daughter's home.

Survivors include his wife, the former Susie Pedrick of Ottumwa; two sons, two daughters, and a sister, Mrs. Daisy Storm, Bentonsport.
