Kim died very unexpectedly and suddenly of Streptococcus Type A (fairly rare: acute flesh eating bacteria) three days after on-set. May have died in hospital near Edwardsburg (small town), not actually Edwardsburg, MI (perhaps nearby Southbend, Indiana). Burial Mass at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church; Fa: David Otto. Funeral Mayhew Funeral home at Edwardsburg, IN. Her sibling, aunt Barbara Braught Olson driven through snow from Des Moines by Christie and husband Chuck Campbell were family present. Central Indiana was snowed in, but we sent flowers.
