“MITCHELL, Julia Anna Farr, age 75, Lawrenceville, Pa., and Allendale, Fla., died May 9, 1975 at Arnot Ogden Hospital, Elmira NY. Friends are invited to call at the Kuhl Funeral Home, Mansfield, Pa., Sunday 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. Funeral will be Monday at 10 a.m. in Lawrenceville Methodist Church, the Rev. William R. Lusk officiating. Burial will be in Lawrenceville Cemetery. Mrs Farr is survived by her husband of 59 years, Rex; two daughters, Mrs Francis (Mary E.) Sweeney of Syracuse, NY, Mrs LaVerne (Ann E.) Kipferl of Lawrenceville, R. D. # 1, Pa.; four sons, George L. Farr of North Tonawanda, NY, Edward R. and Donald G. Farr both of Lawrenceville, Rex W. Farr of Eldred, PA., one brother, Lester R. Mitchell of Hector, NY. 39 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. She was a member of Lawrenceville Methodist Church; retired from Corning Glass in 1962 after 19 years of service. She was born June 7, 1899, in Jackson Township; daughter of Edward R. and Mary CUNNINGHAM Mitchell. “
