SEARCHING FOR MY HALF-SISTER

Judith Anne NELSON is my half-sister. Her mother and our father divorced when she was about 2 years old. What name did she go by? Did her mother re-marry? Did Judith Anne take her step-father's name? My father never told me anything about her. My aunt told me when I was 22 years old. I have been searching for her since 1971. I finally found her mother's maiden name - RAWLS -. I was hoping to find her using that name but I have hit a brick wall. I am 61 now and I want to find her family so bad!! JUDITH ANNE, WHERE ARE YOU ??
