Amos Wetmore of Middletown,Timothy Wetmore, Josiah and Abigail Hubbard, Anne Blake, John and Sarah Egleston and Elizh Wetmore as guardian to the heirs of Ebenezr Wetmore decd sold, for one shilling and sundry services, all their rights in the dwelling house, barn and 20 rods of land left by their father to their step mother Rebecca Wetmore.
  10. In the name of God Amen. I Joseph Wetmore of Middletown in the County of Middlese being of sound and disposing mind & memory make and ordain this my Last Will and Tetament in manner and form following first and principally assign my Soul with the utmost humility unto the hands of god humbly hoping for a blessed immortality through the merits an mediation of my Blessed Saviour Jesus Christ and my Body to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executors herein named.
    First I will that all my just debts and funeral charges be paid by my sd Executors
    2nd I give and devise unto my well Beloved wife Anner Wetmore all my household furnishings to her and her heirs forever. Except one Bed and furniture belonging thereto also I give unto her the use and improvement of one third part of my estate both real and personal.
    3rd I give and Bequeath unto my Sons Joseph, Nathaniel & Luman each of them two Shares of my Estate to be equally divided to them and to their heirs forever.
    4th I give and bequeath to my son Peleg one Share of my kEstate to him and to his heirs forever.
    5th I give and bequeath to my two daughters namely Lucy & Lydia so much of my estate as will make each of them one Share of my Estate with What they have already reeived. Lucy has received the value of Sixty dollars towards her Share and Lydia has received the value of Twenty dollars towards her Share.
    Lastly I do make and constitute my Son Joseph Wetmore Junr and my Son Luman Wetmore Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
    In witness thereof I have set my hand and seal and delivered by the sd Joseph Wetmore his lat Will and Tetament this nineteenth day of June AD 1811 in his presence and in the presence of each other that have Set their mames as Witnesses.
