Joseph Stanley, 72, of Bunker Hill, W. Va., died Monday in Francis Scott Key Hospital, Towson, Md.
Mr. Stanley was born Oct. 15, 1919, in Kansas City, Mo., the son of Danny and Missouri Stanley. He was a retired construction worker.
He was married to Nettie Mullins.
Surviving are 10 children, three sisters, and a brother.
A funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Omps Funeral Home with the Rev. C. D. Coley officiating. Burial will be in Rest Church Cemetery, Frederick County.
