D. xii. 4. Gr. j. 1685, 1687. … M. Jane Cole(23) [Nicholas], niece of (37) [William]; she was selling strong drink in 1693. … She m. 2d 2 July 1698 Capt. John Heard(6), and as admx., with him, made agreement with her ch.; Capt. Jas. Gooch of Boston had £38 belonging to the est. Ch: Joseph, millman, bot. in his sisters. … An early w., likely Mercy Cloyes(4) (Ct. Apr. 1706), must have been mo. of Sarah, who m. Danl. Cheney 12 Mar. 1723. He m. 2d 4 Aug. 1709 Abigail Storer (Joseph). Will 22 Mar. 1759-8 Oct. 1768 names her, s. Benj., daus. Sarah Cheney, Jane L. (?w. of Isaac 7), Hannah Hammond, Abigail Winn. Meribah, of Kit., m. (int.
