Administration granted 6 May, 1707, to his widow, Mary, and eldest son, Joseph (Essex Probate, 309:193). 10 May, 1723, Jeremiah Chaplin and Ann, his wife; Marcey Kilbourne and Abigail Kilbourne, daughters of Joseph, deceased, acquit their right to Brother George Kilbourne and heirs of Brother Joseph, deceased (Essex Probate, 313:673)."
