Roger and Hannah (Stanley) Pitkin. … He was still living on 23 Oct. 1759, when he was named as owning adjacent land in a deed given by Moses Hale to John House, Jr. He was dead by 1 Oct. 1760, when Samuel Bidwell and Hannah his wife conveyed to Daniel and Jonathan House their interest in land where their father Joseph House 'deceased' lately dwelt."
