    21 Jun 1813: Memorial of Joseph Heald of Pepperell in said County Esquire that "Joseph Heald Ju'r late of Pepperell ... and on the first day of June now last past died intestate ... leaving a widow who has relinquished her right to the administration and requested him [the memorialist] to undertake that trust."
    22 [sic] Jun 1813: Petition of Sally Heald the widow of s'd deceased that "I cannot, and do decline, administering on the estate of my late Husband Joseph Heald Jr late of said Pepperell Deceased and wish that administration might be granted to Joseph Heald the Father of the said Deceased."
