  12. 9am from cerebral hemorrhage instantly. His informant was Earl Hartsel ofWellington, Ohio. Earl reports he did not know the name of Joseph'smother. (note: this has me confused, if the Earl was Joseph's brother,then he surely knew the name of the mother, who was in fact dead onlytwo years previous to this date). Also note that the surname is spelled"Hartzell" all throughout this death certificate
