To eldest son, Elihu Hall, & youngest son, John Hall, equ. div., all my lands, Elihu to have the part with the dw. house, provided my 3 other sons, Joseph, Richd., & Elisha, are paid L 160 apiece when they come of age, only the part of son Joseph is to be paid so he can pursue a course of learning.
To dau. Elizabeth Harrison, negro girl Dido.
The residue, after my wife's 1/3 to be equ. div. among my 5 sons Elihu, Joseph, Richard, Elisha. & John & my dau. Elizabeth Harrison.
One-third my e. to wife, Ruth, whom, with my bro. Elihu Hall, I appt. extr.
