    38 Born in Franklin Co. N.Y. single, teamster. To Mass and Adams in 1879 there three years then Savoy and had made his home there since. No poll [tax]. Parent Moses and Julia nee Menet. Came to Mass and Adams with son thence with him to Savoy and have lived there since. Was inmate N.L.H. [Northampton Lunatic Hospital] 3 moths 2 or 3 years ago. has fits quite often. Father owns and occupies farm in Savoy.
