Rec.), dau. of Moses & Mary (Nash) Belcher. Joseph Brackett was elected fenceviewer 1704, 1729, hayward or field driver 1707, surveyor of highways 1708, 1714, constable 1721. Lived on part of father's estate, 'S. of the road.'"
