Willard, Jonathan, Roxbury, youngest br. of the preceding [John, another son of Major Simon Willard], m. 8 Jan 1691 Mary Brown, d/o Major Thomas Brown of Sudbury, had Jonathan, remarried soon [don't know what this refers to as his wife appears to have survived him?] and had other children, d. Sudbury 1706.

Some source say the parentage of Jonathan Willard of Roxbury is unproven. He seems to be a good match for the youngest son of Major Simon Willard.
