[Note: no other births to a "Jonathan and Mary". However, Thomas is born to "John and Mary" 5 Jan 1720-1, which is only 7 months later, suggesting either this date has been misread, or Jonathan doesn't belong to this family. The lack of evidence of such a Jonathan in Grafton is not encouraging.]
