    Will of "Jonathan Smith of Hatfield Husbandman being very Sick and weak in Body" , dated 19 Oct 1737, exhibited 8 Nov 1737, names eldest son Jonathan Smith whole estate he being obblidged to maintain me and my Loveing wife; son Daniel Smith; son Stephen Smith; son Moses Smith; son Elisha Smith; son Ephraim Smith; son Aaron Smith; three daughters namely Prudence and Elisebeth and Abgiail. Son Jonathan to be executor.
    8 Nov 1737: Abigail Smith of Hatf'd Wid'w relict of Jon'a Smith late of Hatf'd dec'd testified she had the will read to her husband and heard him declare it his last Will, and son Stephen Smith also testified.
