Will of "Jonathan Payson of Woodstock", dated 21 Aug 1754, proved 29 Jan 1761, names wife Elizabeth [mentions marriage agreement]; two sons John [eldest son] and Nathan Payson; son in law the Reverend mr Caleb Rice; my loving children John Nathan Asa Thomas Priscilla Rice and Anna Dyar. Sons John and Nathan to be executors.
