William King formerly of Salem gave to his wife half his estate and half to his brothers and sisters (1684) and she disposed of her half to Samuel Stone and Jacob Manning in right of wife Sarah (1718) and agreement made that Samuel get on quarter part, Jacob Manning one quarter part, Samuel King of Southhold on Long Island brother of William to have on quarter, and heirs of John King dec'd brother to William to have remaining quarter, i.e., to Samuel King eldest son 1/16; to William King son 1/16; to children of John King deced viz Samuel & Mary King of age and Elizabeth Joseph Hannah and Annis King under age to have 1/16; to children of Jonathan King viz Jonathan, Sarah, Abigail, Ruth, William, John and Lydiah King to have other 1/16. Signed by Samuel Stone, Jacob Manning, Sarah Manning, Samuel King, William King, John King, Sam'll King Jr, Mary King, Annis widow of John King, Sarah widow of Jon'a King. [Note: important deed for showing the Jonathan who died 1719 was son of John, and that his wife was named Sarah.]
