Informant on certificatewas "M. Zimmerman" probably his son, Mervin. Mervin did not know John'smother's name, only that she was "unknown Mathias"

ZIMMERMAN IS STRICKEN AT 91 - Funeral services for John WesleyZimmerman, 91, 103 Kennard street, Fostoria, brother of Simon AZimmerman, 903 Stilwell avenue, will be held Tuesday at 2pm from theTrinity EUB church, east of Risingsun. Rev. O B Downard of Bettsvillewill officiate and burial will be in Trinity cemetery. Mr Zimmerman wasborn in Sandusky county May 11, 1857, the son of Mr and Mrs AdamZimmerman. He was twice married. His first marriage was to SarahSinclair in 1880 and after her death he married Clara Troupe, whosurvives. He had resided in Fostoria for eight years after moving therefrom Risingsun. Besides the wife, he is survived by two sons, SterlZimmerman, Bradner, and Mervin Zimmerman, Fostoria; six grandchildren,17 great grandchildren; the brother, Simon A Zimmerman, and a sister,Mrs Mary Baughy of Squires Station."
