1781 - Baptism: John, son of Robert WOMACK jnr and Anne. Joint baptism in March with sister Elizabeth. The baptism entry for William Bircham, his brother, notes that his birth was May 13, 1781 "before the late Act" - which levied a duty on baptisms. It seems likely that, expecting William and with the duty about to be imposed, John and Elizabeth were baptised as children.

1803 - Date of death was not readable when MI survey was done by the Women's institute, but it was recorded that John was aged 22 years. He was buried with his sister Elizabeth who died the same year.
