Undated but commissioned 23 May, attested to 10 Sep 1764:Inventory of John Wainwright desest: £53=18=7 plus additions, including property in Boston worth £242-13-4, and two notes of hand worth £75=18=5, by John Treadwell, Nath'l Souther, William Jones. 24 Jun 1765: Account of John Choate Jun'r Adm'r of Mr John Wainwright Late of Ipswich Dec'd allowed. Shows inventory of £377.12.10, includes charges for clothing son Jn'o Wainwright, taking care of one young child for a year, for clothing Abigail Wainwright, room and board for Christian & Lucy Wainwright. [From Case 28675:] 23 May 1764: bonds of John Choate as guardian of Francis Wainwright and Joseph Wainwright children of John Wainwright under 14. [From Case 28684:] 26 May 1766 John Wainwright a minor above 14 made choice of Mr John Choate as his guardian.
