    15 Oct 1724: Account of Ruth Stone admin'x of John Stone Late of Beverly Dec'd, includes charges to "bring up 3 young Children of [11?12?] mon" [suggesting John died early summer 1723?], personal estate £116.11.6, real estate £469.12.0 [no inventory in file?].
    24 Dec 1734: Account of Ruth Stone alias Patch Adm'x of her Husband John Stone lat[e] of Beverly Dec'd, allowed. Additional account allowed 29 Apr 1751.
    2 Jan 1734/35: Set off one third of the real estate of John Stone Jun'r late of Beverly Deceased to his widdow Ruth Stone Alias Patch; appraisal of the remaining two thirds which will not support division.

    Vol. 25, p. 229 reverse 18 Jun 1712: John Stone of Beverly Weaver and Sarah his wife for parental love and affection convey to son John Stone Jun'r now of Glocester Weaver, in full of the portion he may or shell Ever receive of us or our estate, convey house and 30 acres in Glocester, also 1/4 of a parcel bought with our brother Nathaniel Stone, also half of 6 acres of salt marsh in Chebacco, also half of our commonage rights in Glocester.

    Vol. 40, p. 187 reverse 20 May 1718: John Stone of Glocester Weaver with Ruth my wife, in exchange of a building in Beverly with 20 acres of meadow and 7 acres of woodland in Ipwich convey to Joseph Eaton of Beverly Turner and Hannah his wife a building in Glocester with 30 acres upland and 10 acres woodland in Glocester, 3 1/4 acres of salt marsh in Ipswich, and half a common right in Glocester. Also John Stone of Beverly with wife Sarah confirms and consent to this, and grants to Joseph & Hannah Easton an additional parcel of 10 acres of woodland, 4 acres that is part of a common right and 3/4 acres of salt marsh.     Vol. 90, p. 4 reverse 28 Aug 1744: Ebenezer Stone of Beverly Cordwainer with Sarah his wife for £47.5.0 convey to Daniel Stone of Beverly Bricklayer 2/5 of 2/3 of homestead of my father John Stone Jun'r late of Beverly Weaver Deceased, and 2/5 of 2 acres of salt march in Chebacco, likewise real estate of my father.
