    Chapter 447: 8 Apr 1757: Treasury ordered to pay 37s. 4d. in response to petition [date no specfied] of John Stockwell of Sutton that his won John in the late Expedition against Crown Point, died at Fort William Henry, causing loss of gun and clothes.
    [Note: according to wikipedia:Fort William Henry, the fort was first manned 13 Nov 1755, the famous seige was 3-8 Aug 1757, so this death is clearly not related to that event.]
