John Russell jun., s/o John Russell sen. and first wife Elizabeth ---, "born either in England, before his father came to this country, or at Charlestown, where his father resided before Woburn was settled", m. 31 Oct 1661 Sarah Champney of Cambridge. [Note: page 157 says of the father, "being a subscriber to the Town Orders drawn up for it at Charlestown, in 1640.", which combined with the age at death suggests birthplace probably Charlestown.]
