(Medical):John was killed while driving his own car near the Red Cow Inn, Clondalkin, Co. Dublin on 18th August , 1941. He had driven to Dublin to meet his two eldest sons Michael [RIN: 26] (aged 13) and Bernard [RIN: 27] (aged 12) who had been on holidays with relations in Derrygonnelly, Co. Fermanagh.
