Bro. Kiser was born on September 30th, 1854 at Crenshaw, Alabama. He was married to Miss Sarah Jane Brightwell on November 25th, 1875. His wife and eight children preceded him to the grave some time ago. The following children survive: A. B. Kiser of Cocoa, J. E. Kiser, of Fort Meade, E. P. Kiser of Madison, and one daughter, Miss Mamie Kiser of Hanson. Twenty-six grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren also survive. Brother Kiser moved to this county when a young man and has made this hs home ever since. The latter years of his life he has been living retired at his home in Hanson. He was a member of the Pine Grove Baptist church. He became a Christian in his early days. To know Bro. Kiser was to love him. The funeral services were held at three o'clock Thursday evening at Pine Grove, where interment was made. The Rev. A. M. Rowe officiated. The pallbearers were his grandsons as follows: R.M., Edwin, Curtis, Joe Lee, E. P., and Barnard Kiser. Honarary pallbearers were A. M. Warren, Theo Leslie, Norman Howard, N.
