Nicholas & Catherine Ketner sold their interest in the estate of John Henry Ketner, Berks County, Pennsylvania in March 1798. They also sold land in Hardy County, West Virginia in 1804. Nicholas then moved his family to Licking\Fairfield Counties, Ohio about 1806. They had 10 grandchildren. 1793-land grant 108 acres-Bakers Run, Hardy County, West Virginia 1796-land grant 50 acres-Bakers Run, Hardy County, West Virginia
