1. Married Nellie Harley, sister of Bridget Harley who marriedhis brother James. Had 5 or 6 of family 2. Went to America (Oyster Bay, Long Island) Married NellieHarley from Glendowan. They had girls who are still alive andwere here in a visit a few years ago. When James (1910) went toAmerica in 1928 it was Johnnie and Nellie who looked after him.Nellie was Mams (Bridget Harley Gallagher) sister.

From Annie Gallagher Maher: Mother and Dad did not know eachother in Ireland even though they didn't live far apart. Theymet while both home on a visit to Ireland. She lived in NY andhe lived in Philadelphia but he would go up to NY to see her.They married in NY and went back to PA to live. Jimmy's Dad,James, lived with them when he first came to the US. Annieremembers him fondly.
