    Vol. 8, p. 172 Will of "John Fisher of Medfield", dated 16 Aug 1796, proved 6 Apr 1802, gives wife Thankful Fisher all personal estate at her dispose and all real estate in Medfield and Dover; Samuel Hill Junior all real estate after wife's decease, he paying six legacies: to brother Samuel Fisher his heirs; to brother Nathan Fisher his heirs; to sister Patience Dresser her heirs; to John Baxter; to Richard Baxter; to Thaddeus Morse his heirs. Friend John Baxter to be executor.
