    The will of John Eggleston of Queensbury Town, Washington Co., NY was written 9 Oct 1805 and proved 30 Nov 1809. He left real estate to wife Mary and 62 1/2 cents to heirs of son John G. Eggleston and some to heirs of Giles Eggleston (not noted specifically as son), "Eliphalet Eggleston has signed his rights to said property, r & p." To Zebulon Eggleston, Elisah Eggleston and Nathaniel Eggleston and Polly Loop(?), my dau., my estate real and personal after their mother's decease. Zebulon, Elisah and Polly Loop(?) to pay Nathaniel. The wife appointed sole executrix. Witnesses were Medad Bostwick, Thomas Hare and Walter Briggs. [Washington Co. Wills II:270].
