In 1786 Abraham Falconer was guardian of John Comegys orphan of Nathaniel Comegys. An appraisal of the properties Shepard's Forrest, Shepard's Redeout, and Red Lion Point is on page 51 of WK665-666. At that time William Newman was guardian.

John owned Sheperds Forest, Shepards Redout and Red Lion Point.
