    He died when he was "little more than thirteen years old". Apparently his illness and death were the subject of a book by his pastor, Rev. Mr. Witherell. The book can no longer be found, but is referred to, and quoted at length, in Rev. Cotton Mather's Magnalia [including the quote about his age at death, see Source:Mather, Cotton. Magnalia Christi Americana, or, the Ecclesiastical History of New-England, p. 480].
