Will of "John Browming or Rutland ... yeoman", dated 20 Mar 1812, proved 5 May 1812, names wife Margaret ["all the articles of personal Estate that she brought with her at the time of our Marriage"]; two Sons Benjamin Browning and James Browning; son Trustram Browning ["my son in law Oliver Harding be appointed Gaurdian to the said Trustram"]; my son John Browning and my daughters Sarah Hubbard, Nancy Whitmore, Elizabeth Harding and Polly Smith; my two Sons in law Oliver Harding and Joel Smith to be the only Executors.
16 Apr 1812: Assent of heirs to approval of will: signed by Margaret Browning his Widow, Perley Whitmore, Nancy Whitmore, James Hubbard, Sarah Hubbard, James Browning.
