  11.   On April 6, 1882 the Probate Court upheld the objections of George W. Brockert, Elizabeth Lighty and Ellen Gingrich to admiting the last will of John brockert to probate.there the will was rulled null and void. On petition of George Brockert, the Probate Court gave letters of Administration to John Barnhard, who posted $5,00 bond.The court also appointed Herman Grimm,John H.c. Snedode& John A. Kindt to receive and examine claims and propwery.
