John Bellows, probably the "Jo. Bellowes", age 12, listed on "Hopewell" of London 6 Apr 1635, so born about 1623, though this is not proven. [AndersonS2 adds a deposition in 1669, aged 44 which seems to make this more probable.] His death is recorded in Marlborough 10 Jan 1683, but this is probably wrong as his will is dated 19 Jun 1683, inventory 6 Aug 1683, and will proved 2 Oct 1683. He married Concord 9 May 1655 Mary Wood. Will recorded in Middlesex Probate, 6:93, File 1518, mentions wife Mary [executrix]; children Isaac [double portion], John, Thomas, Eleazar, Nathaneel, Mary and Abigail [also named as "my daughter Abigail Lawrence"].
