4 Nov 1844: Petition of Thomas Bancroft ow Warwick that he is Grand parent of Clarissa Emma Bancroft of Warwick minor under 14 and heir of John Bancroft and mother is also deceased, requests James Stockwell be appointed guardian. Bond given 5 Nov 1844.
8 Feb 1845:Division of real estate of John Bancroft yeoman late of Warwick, the homestead of 103+ acres with house and two barns in Warwick held in common and undivided with Thomas Bancroft yeoman, set off to Clarissa E. Bancroft the only surviving heir of John Bancroft deceased half, leaving the other part to Thomas Bancroft.
