  4. ↑ In the 1834 census in Beresina, Bessarabia, Scheurer, Jakob, b.1791, Kolm, Pol. was named as father of a Johann b.17 Aug 1827, Beresina (5th Child from 1st Marriage); but further research is needed to verify that it is the right Johann. Possibly Johann's marriage record in LDS Film/It 1883188/2, page 271, Reg 6, would give Johann's birthdate, confirming it to be 17 Aug 1827.
