   Translation: "On August 18, 1714 was baptised in Bilfingen Johann Adam Ayd, son of Leonhard Ayd and Maria Magdalena Bauer. Godparents: The citizen from Bilfingen Johannes Lutz and the widow Anna Maria Ziegler from Bilfingen. (By later hand is added that) Johann Adam Ayd died in 1797 at the age of 82 years and eight months."
